What is a Subsidy?
A subsidy is Microsoft funding that allows you to purchase additional products or services from Welborne Associates thus lowering your Total Cost of Ownership. The subsidy is in the form of a check delivered to you and made payable to Welborne Associates. This subsidy can be used to enrich and implement your Microsoft solution.

You can increase your subsidy by choosing:

• Products from more than one product group.
• Licenses with Software Assurance.
• Advanced or Enterprise Editions.

• Make a qualifying purchase between October 25 and December 31, 2010.
• Let Welborne Associates redeem your purchase within 30 days of purchase date.
• Receive your partner subsidy check from Microsoft.
• Spend your subsidy funds with Welborne Associates upon receipt. Please note that subsidy funds expire after 90 days of the check issue date.
